My career includes market research consulting for both for-profit and nonprofit sectors, enabling informed, data-driven decisions. I’ve held leadership roles in government contracting, including VP of HR and Payroll Manager for a small firm with 180 employees across FL, IN, MD, NV, and TX. I’ve also overseen critical processes such as call-center quality assurance on the 2010 US Census, which required precision, accountability, and the ability to improve performance across dispersed teams.
Having lived in the US and Mexico and being fluent in English and Spanish, I offer a truly global, environmentally and culturally aware viewpoint. I excel at turning strategic objectives into actionable plans, aligning stakeholders, and building trust.
With over 40 years of experience leading mission-critical operations across four countries, I have expanded teams from small units to organizations of up to 15,000 employees in the U.S. I excel in converting complex, high-stakes systems into dependable, high-performing operations. My background includes weapons manufacturing, electronics, metal stamping, CNC machining, gold plating, and service sectors like data centers, scanning, and call centers. I’ve created and improved processes at all stages—strategy, execution, quality, safety, staffing, and ongoing improvement—for billion-dollar programs.
I left a Fortune 100 company to start a firm recognized by Inc. 5000 as one of America’s fastest-growing companies. I hold a PgMP certification, an MBA from the UK, and have a global outlook from living and working on two continents; I am fluent in English and Spanish.
